Email Merge Pro supports three email sending methods: Gmail API (OAuth 2.0 with gmail.send and gmail.readonly scopes), Microsoft 365 Graph API (Mail.Send, Mail.Read, User.Read permissions), and SMTP (any SMTP-compatible provider with TLS support). Each connected account is monitored for health, daily limits, and bounce rates to protect sender reputation.
Every email sent through Email Merge Pro is tracked for delivery status, opens (via tracking pixel), clicks (via link rewriting), and replies. The system automatically detects bounces and adds them to the suppression list. Real-time analytics provide insights into campaign performance with open rates, click-through rates, reply rates, and bounce rates.
The built-in AI Email Assistant can generate professional outreach emails, follow-ups, cold emails, interview invitations, offer follow-ups, and newsletters. Simply describe what you need, select the tone (professional, casual, direct, thoughtful), and the AI generates a ready-to-use template with personalized variables. Generated emails can be saved as templates for reuse.
Configure multi-step follow-up sequences that trigger based on recipient behavior — if not opened, opened but not clicked, or clicked but no reply. Each step can use a different template, with configurable delays between steps. This ensures no lead falls through the cracks while maintaining a professional outreach cadence.
All email account credentials are encrypted at rest. OAuth tokens are securely stored and refreshed automatically. The suppression list ensures you never accidentally email someone who has unsubscribed or bounced. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and processed securely.
